If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all electronics in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your Tapo account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the device and all original accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) into the original product box and shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
